THE TRACKING PROCESSLiving Consciously staff, in consultation with school administrators, define the smallest unit groups that will be tracked, (e.g. second grade by individual class), select the survey to be used and identify an individual at the school who will be the contact for each group. A schedule for administration of baseline and follow-up surveys is established.
 Special, additional reports measuring larger groups and/or comparing groups can also be arranged. We also offer analysis of reports.
From there, our staff creates a group identity and password and forwards it to the school contact. That person uploads a list of the students in that group who will be surveyed. We respond with confidential passwords for each child.
As each child takes the survey, the information is immediately encoded for complete privacy. Only express, written permission from that one's parent(s)/guardian(s) can allow an individual report to be generated from our secure servers to the school.
A short, specific time period is given for the students in a group to complete their survey online. Then, reports are generated.
